I agree that the aggressive stance taken by Royal Mail represents, now more than ever, the importance of collective action to offset these attacks. The way the employer has manipulated, what should be a positive policy needs to be addressed. The intimidation of individuals has to be resisted by a strong union-workplace voice and collective strenght. Through working with branches on organising members, empowering activists, and recruiting new members we can counter this issue. Hi Paul, thanks for the message of support. Glad your staying with the CWU. I think it is about time we reacted to the bullying and malicious attacks on our members. I hope that organising will empower and inspire reps and members to stand tall and strong against a Jackboot employer. Well done Dave on your new position. Glad your staying with the CWU.
